    Hi Enrico,

This plugin is really excellent! Congratulations and thank you for your work!

One question, can we resize the plugin window, in order to have a larger StreetView image? I’ve seen that we can resize the window by changing the parameters on ui_go2streetview.py, but StreetView image remains at original size. The ideal would be to resize the window and the image of StreetView / Bing interactively. Maybe in a newer version! 😉

    Thank you very much Enrico!

    Best regards,
    Pedro

    Hi Enrico,

your plugin saves my life everyday ! It makes me save a lot of time, you can’t imagine.
And it’s really accurate compared to other solutions I found.

    Some things :
    – When we click on “open in view Browser” could it be possible that you automatically close “your” window (it could be an option for people who want/don’t want it)
    – Would it be possible to open streetview every time in the same browser tab instead of opening a new one (I use Chrome) ?

Endly, I sometimes have these kind of errors (I’m on your latest version 3.1 but it still happens). But I can’t say if it comes from my configuration, another extension conflict or something else… Some comments are in French since it’s the language I use in QGIS.

Anyway, thanks for all of this !
    Stephane

    1) closing, or perhaps hiding, the window when opening browser is easy. next release i will do
    2) opening in the same tab… I remember webbrowser python call has a parameter for this. need to trick around.
    3) errors probably are due to some conflict. it happens sometimes to me too.
happy to know the plugin helps you.
    bye

Hi stephane I received from hub.qgis.org Feature request #10359: New Option and Bug report #10358: Window doesn’t refresh. Since the development has migrated to https://github.com/enricofer/go2streetview. I moved there your bug reporting.
The straight to browser view request is resolved holding CTRL clicking and dragging. You can download development version from github.
For the other bug, I can’t replicate behaviours on my Windows and Linux sistems so I can’t do nothing at the moment.
    bye

      Hi Enrico,
very nice job with your latest version. The Ctrl+click helps to save a lot of time and the dynamic icon on the map is very helpful to when it’s not so obvious to remember in which direction we are. 🙂

About the behavior in the past version you couldn’t replicate, it only happens when clicking on the map only about 10-20-50 meters around the 1st click. It seems that clicking around this point is like clicking on this same point, so that’s maybe explain why the window’s content doesn’t refresh ? I don’t know yet if it happens with the latest version. If yes I let you know.

Bye and thanks again for your great work !
